Arden Theatre Company theatres and lobby make a stunning backdrop to any event. Our theatres offer state-of-the-art stage technology and our bi-level lobby provides a beautiful environment for social and business gatherings. From receptions to stage readings to productions, we can accommodate your specific needs.

Theatre rental rates include an Arden representative; technical equipment (lighting, sound, communication, softgoods, etc.) is also available for rental at additional cost. Depending upon your technical needs, we may require a house manager and stage technician at additional cost.
  • The F. Otto Haas Stage
    A versatile 360-seat theatre of considerable height and flexibility. Seating configurations include thrust, proscenium, and round. Two dressing rooms include two bathrooms with showers, two ensemble dressing rooms that accommodate up to 25 people, and a Green Room.

  • The Arcadia Stage
    A flexible 175-200 seat black box, the Arcadia may be arranged in thrust, proscenium, round, or stadium seating arrangements, achieved through its 200 moveable seats and risers. The Arcadia is located on the second floor and audiences have access to restroom facilities on both the first and second floors. The backstage area has one unisex bathroom and two dressing rooms.

  • The Independence Foundation Studio
    An intimate reception area that accommodates 35-75 people for cocktails or a sit-down dinner. The space features an adjoining kitchen area for caterer preparation.

  • The Lobby
    This spacious reception area accommodates 250-360 people for cocktails or a sit-down dinner. For larger receptions we suggest both the Independence Foundation Studio and the Lobby.
